Hi friends. there's always so much to say but always so little time/will. Okay, here's something I'm a little embarrassed about. there was this dude that came up to me on the street claiming that he lost his id and bank card and needed to get to another town before his exams. In hindsight this was obviously a scam. but at that point for some stupid reason I didn't question it and I gave him enough money to get back to his town. Don't ask how much, that's the embarrassing part. I explain my laps in judgment because at right before I met him I had finished a group meeting where we almost finished our paper and I was on some sort of a joyous high. Previous meetings have resulting in just about nothing. I was also super tired. I'm like always tired here, btw. Mostly resulting from a dance club right under our residence forcing us to stay up past 2 every night. Anyway so i give this guy some cash and we exchange phone numbers and email address. The guy told me that he was going to move to our town and that he'd pay me back later but I didn't think I'd see him again. Unfortunately he called that night to hang our and try to see if he could sleep on our floor. so I let him up because he says that he might have to sleep outside cause he couldn't get a train. so he comes up to my room and is a little drunk and keeps ranting about a girlfriend that he's broken up with. Well, he's a bit creepy and was very glad to see him go. Everyone on our floor was creeped out too and we were glad see him go. He called back the next morning trying to get back in but I wasn't there and wouldn't let him in even if i was home. By that time I pretty much knew I was scammed.

When I wasn't home when he called I was on my way to little town that's famous for making hard candy. the weather was beautiful, we bought some candy, i forgot my camera, we took a fairy to a peaceful island, and had a lovely day.

Another thing that happened was that I found out my camera wasn't broken. I think I mentioned it earlier, but I wasn't able to view pictures in the viewing screen in picture taking mode but could when just looking at pics. So I went to the mall here and it turns out that the person who borrowed my camera was drunk and tried to delete a photo and got into the settings and changed a few things. On the candy town trip someone dropped a camera and broke it a little bit and I went with them to fix it and this is how I leaned that I'm an idiot.

Here's some pics.

Here's my first pizza. I think I promised this picture awhile back

This is my roommate from Scotland, Euen. He accidentally cut the tip of his finger off while cutting some bread and had to go get stitches and the emergency room.

this is my bed. Since we have a tv in our room our room is pretty much the common room in the building. It's lots'o'fun. There have been small skirmishes over attempts to get optimal sitting position.

I'm resolved to take more photos now I know my camera isn't broken
