group projects blow

It feels like a lot has happened since my last post but nothing seems to be at the forefront of interrestingness. There is a big one: I practially broke my tv and it sucks. I got a package from my parents not so long ago. There was a bunch of close and books but also my external hard drive. And when trying to plug this hard drive in I accidentally grabbed the plug to my tv and plugged it directly into the wrong voltage outlet. If you don't know much about differing voltages in different countries then tough. I'm not in the mood to explain it. Point being it fried my tv a little bit. It sort of still works but not well. When I wrongfully plugged it in a ton of smoke came flowing out of the tv. It wasn't even turned on. So I unplugged everything and now it's broken. I've got a phone number to a repair place and i'll try that today. It really sucks.

I'm sort of in a not so good mood because I just got out of a group meeting with people who are hard to explain things to. This is what the deal is: we're researching an innovative technology that has been successful and reporting on it, or at least that was what we were supposed to do. What we were doing was basically reading up on an innovative technology. You know what, I don't really want to go to far into it. But what happened was I had to rock the boat a bit and get our project going in the right direction. It confused just about everyone but in the end I think we're going to be okay if everyone pulls their weight. It wore me out. And they want to meet so early in the morning when we don't have class or anything. Okay, 11 o'clock isn't that early but the meetings slip into lunch time. That's not right in my opinion unless there's food present at our meetings. I'm just tired and hungry now.

One more things. I'm teaching little kids at church. 5 and 6 year olds. In Swedish. My first attempt was last Sunday and the teacher for the 4 year olds didn't show up so I had them too. the total number was only 5 but it was still tough to teach little kids in a language where I really have to strain to understand, especially the 4 year olds. It went okay, could've been better. Next week will be so cause I know what I'm up against.
